Pre-Tour:

  • Dinner and overnight at your pre-booked lodge.

Day 1: Arusha – Tarangire National Park

  • Early breakfast at your hotel.
  • Depart for Tarangire National Park, famous for its ancient baobab trees, vast elephant herds, and diverse wildlife including lions, leopards, zebras, giraffes, and wildebeests.
  • Enjoy a scenic picnic lunch inside the park.
  • Afternoon game drive through the park’s rolling savannah and river valleys.
  • Drive to your lodge in Mto wa Mbu for dinner and overnight stay.
  • Accommodation: Fig Big Tree Lodge / Ngedere Lodge.
  • Meal Plan: Lunch & Dinner.

Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha

  • Early breakfast and departure to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
  • Descend 600 meters into the world’s largest unbroken volcanic caldera, home to the Big Five — lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino — as well as hippos, wildebeest, and flamingos along the crater lake.
  • Picnic lunch on the crater floor surrounded by spectacular scenery and wildlife.
  • Afternoon ascent to the crater rim and drive back to Arusha.
  • Upon arrival, drop-off at your original pickup location or as per prior arrangement.
  • Overnight at your pre-booked lodge.
  • Meal Plan: Breakfast & Lunch.
